Speaks fluent Revu.
Both ways.
A drawing that comes back from Revu opens with every markup as Revu drew it. Save it here and Revu opens it the same way. No export, no sidecar file, nothing lost.
Inside the PDFMarkups are saved as the comments Revu and Acrobat read.AppendedSaving one markup on a large set writes a few kilobytes. Every byte already there stays put.Tool setsBluebeam .btx tool chests import directly, symbols and all.Never clobbersIf someone saved the drawing in Revu since you opened it, Save stops and tells you.
For the people who
live in the set.
One app, set up around how each trade actually works the drawings.
One seat. One person.
One computer.
Your team admin invites people by email and sees who's working where. Sign in on another computer and the first one saves and steps aside.

- Which computer holds your seat, and when it last checked in
- The version of ScaleSet PDF it runs
What we never see

- Anything about how you use the app
Asked often.
Does ScaleSet PDF open Bluebeam Revu markups?
Yes. A drawing that comes back from Revu opens with its markups as markups - clouds, callouts, measurements, layers and groups - and saving writes them back in Revu's own dialect, so Revu opens them the same way. How it works.
Do my drawings get uploaded anywhere?
No. ScaleSet PDF is a desktop app; drawings are opened and saved on your computer. The licence check carries only your email, which computer holds your seat, when it last checked in and the app's version. Security and privacy.
How is it licensed?
To teams, a seat per person. Each person works on one computer at a time; signing in on another moves the seat. Teams and licences.
What does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11. Once installed it keeps itself up to date.
