01 · Register

Every drawing in one table

Number, title, issue status, revision, paper size and scale, editable in place with Enter walking down a column. Tick the drawings you mean and each action says what it will write before it writes it.

02 · Title blocks

A title block in one click

Every page is matched against ISO A and B, ANSI and ARCH sizes, and a standard block fits the bottom-right corner inside the margins. Nothing is typed into a block: it shows your practice, the project and the drawing, and editing it anywhere writes back to the record.

  • TemplatesFull practice, ISO 180 mm, compact 120 mm, single-row strip
  • LogoFitted to its cell, embedded in the PDF
  • FrameZone references so a call can point at B4

03 · Issue

Revisions, stamps and transmittals

Up-rev moves the set together while it is in step and each sheet on its own once it is not. Seventeen stamps resolve author, date, job number and revision as they land. Issue sends sheets on a transmittal, saves the flattened PDF that went, and keeps the issue register a document controller keeps.

Sheet links and bookmarks

Every sheet's number is read off its title block, and every "SEE E-201" on another sheet becomes a link. The sheet index lists every sheet with its revision, status and markup count; drag to reorder, insert, replace, extract, rotate, crop and split, with every markup moving with its sheet.

Questions

About sheets.

Can it number a whole drawing set?

Yes. Drawing set ▸ Sheets lists every drawing with its number, title, status, revision, paper and scale; Number the run turns a set into A-101, A-102, A-103… in one click, and Read off drawings reads numbers and titles off the title blocks.

How are revisions handled?

One verb, up-rev. The whole set moves together while it is in step, and each sheet goes to its own next revision once it is not. Revision deltas can be dropped beside each cloud, tagged with the revision.

Can it produce a transmittal?

Yes. Issue sends sheets out on a transmittal with a reference, date, purpose and recipients, saves the flattened PDF that is actually sent, and keeps an issue register of every sheet against every transmittal.
