Structural & civil · S-001

Every penetration,every clash,on the record.

Mark the penetrations the services ask for, hold what needs information, set out what has to be built, take off areas and volumes, and compare every issue against the last.

SHEET S-001.1
The work

From the first issue
to the as-built.

Coordinate

Clash, hold, route and setting-out markups on the architect's and services' sheets.

Quantify

Areas with depths become volumes; lengths and counts total as you go.

Revise

Compare each new issue and slip it into the set with the markups kept.

and what goes through it.

01 · Coordination

Clash, hold, route, setting out

The coordination tool set marks clashes, holds pending information, proposed routes, setting-out points and zones, each on its own layer with a status and a reply thread, so the penetration list runs itself. Markup & review →

  • 3Route, a proposed path

02 · Quantities

Areas, depths and volumes

Give an area a depth and it reports volume; cut-outs net out voids and pits; viewports take a 1:20 detail beside a 1:100 plan at its own scale. Totals go to a spreadsheet with live formulas. Measurement & takeoff →

03 · Civil

Drainage to its grade, sites to their lines

Sewer and stormwater runs fall to a grade with the invert at each end; boundary, fence, centre line, sewer and stormwater line types ship ready to draw. Duct, pipe & tray →

Questions

Asked by structural and civil engineers.

Can it work out volumes?

Yes. Give any area a depth and it reports the volume; cut-outs are taken off both the area and the volume.

Can I track penetrations and clashes?

Yes. The coordination tool set has clash, hold, route, setting-out and zone markups, each with a status, a comment and replies, filtered and grouped in the markups list.

Does it handle drainage falls?

Yes. Gravity runs fall to a grade and report their invert levels at each end.
